Designed and built by MET School students in Spring 2011, these chairs were made entirely from non-native (invasive) trees that had been removed by the Parks Department. Design Educators challenged students to think about the essence of a place to sit down, and create a chair using minimal intervention. They were temporary installed at AIA Rhode Island.
